Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a piece has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Personalised pieces
Bespoke, resized or engraved pieces are produced to your individual specification; their terms are agreed with you before work begins.
