Colour
Our collection: D
Colour is graded on a letter scale beginning at D. D, E and F sit in the colourless range, with D at the top of the scale. Colour describes the stone only; it says nothing about how it is cut.

Our collection: VS1
Clarity describes internal and surface characteristics as seen by a trained grader at 10x magnification. VS1 and VS2 are “Very Slightly Included”: minor inclusions that are noticeable under magnification.
Weight, not size
Carat measures weight. How large a stone looks also depends on its shape, proportions and measurements, so two stones of equal weight can face up differently. For earrings, tell us whether you mean weight per stone or for the pair.
Two different things
Shape is the outline — round, oval, emerald, pear, heart or marquise. Cut quality is a separate assessment of proportions and finish. Naming a shape does not state a cut grade.
